DJI Inspire 3: Where Cutting-Edge Tech Meets Aerial Cinematography

The DJI Inspire 3 is a cool blend of modern tech, made to help filmmakers tell their stories. Here's a closer look at the features that make it awesome:

Peerless Visual Quality:

  • With 8K/75fps ProRes RAW and 8K/25fps CinemaDNG video capabilities, the Inspire 3 isn’t just capturing scenes; it's capturing Raw and SLO MO! Perfect for action scenes and for capturing VFX or an amazing sunset.

  • Zenmuse X9-8K Air Gimbal Camera:

    • Armed with a full-frame sensor and DJI’s CineCore 3.0 image processing system, 8K - ProRes Raw and cinema DNG, lots of frame sizes and rates. Records to a 1TB SSD card.

  • Advanced Intelligent Shooting Modes:

    • The Inspire 3 ready to craft visual narratives with cinematic precision. Spotlight pro allows AI tracking of subjects with the camera. Tripod mode creates super slow moving shots. The repeatable modes can create motion control/time lapse like shots.

  • RTK Positioning & Enhanced Safety:

    • The centimeter-level accuracy fostered by RTK positioning is the foundation of a safe and precise aerial cinematography journey. We are able to program repeatable moves and speed up the flight safely.

  • Extended Flight Time:

    • 28 minutes of flight time translates to a longer window of creativity, ensuring every narrative thread is explored. Dual batteries also provide a failsafe if one battery dies in air - we can still land!

  • O3 Pro Video Transmission System:

    • The 8km transmission range is an embodiment of unrestrained connectivity, keeping the narrative thread intact even from afar. This is amazing. There is also the ability to have a pilot further away and switch pilots as drone is being operated by a different. Haven’t tested that but could be helpful one day.

  • 1TB Onboard Storage:

    • With ample storage, every scene, every emotion is captured and preserved for the narrative tapestry. What’s great is that we don’t need a special dock/adapter for the SSD as we can plug into it directly with a USB-C. DIT’s will start to like drone teams more with this improvement - fast transfers!

  • Dual Control & Configuration Flexibility:

    • The realm of collaborative creativity is unlocked with dual control and configuration options, enabling a harmonious cinematic creation.

  • Night Vision FPV Camera:

    • The mystery and allure of the night are now within the narrative grasp with the night vision FPV camera. The FPV is wider and can see much better in low light making piloting much easier.

  • Repeatable Moves and 3D Dolly:

    • Execute complex aerial choreography with a precision that’s almost orchestral, thanks to the Repeatable Moves and 3D Dolly features. The waypoints feature is pretty amazing as well.

  • Omnidirectional Obstacle Sensing:

    • Navigate the narrative journey with a protective aura of safety with omnidirectional obstacle sensing. Wonderful awareness but it also holds much more solid in air. The inspire 2 bounces around where the Inspire 3 is rock solid in air.

  • Dual Native ISO:

    • The Dual Native ISO breathes life into nighttime image-making, capturing the mystique of the night with a luminous clarity. This is so exciting - it really opens up shooting at night.

  • Test Flight Invitation:

    • The DJI Inspire 3 isn’t just a drone; it’s a narrative companion waiting to explore the skies with you. Witness the cinematic magic firsthand by contacting us at hey@airswindy.com for a test flight. Your journey into aerial storytelling awaits!
